As tribe members debated strength over the threat of other players, a majority eventually decided to vote out Foster, making him the second player to have his torch snuffed this season by Probst.
Who went home last week on 'Survivor'?
Although the Gata tribe won the inagural challenge for the season, the six-person tribe was unsuccessful in the immunity challenge and were forced to vote out one of their own.
The unlucky player to receive the majority of the votes was Jon Lovett, a former speechwriter for former President Barack Obama and Pod Save America host. That leaves five remaining tribe members who were facing against two other six-person tribes in Episode 2.
