Tickets for the fight between Mike Tyson and Jake Paul are listed by online brokers for as little as $100. But there also will be the option of spending $2 million.
VIP packages for the fight set for July 20 at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas include an exclusive, $2 million MVP Owner’s Experience, according to Most Valuable Promotions, co-owned by Paul.
Some of what's included:
- A pre-fight photo in the locker room with each of Paul and Tyson, plus gloves signed by both fighters.
- Two ringside apron seats, billed as owner’s seats, that have never been offered in boxing before,’’ according to a press release issued by MVP. That is addition to four first row floor seats and four second row floor seats.
- A private room with a top shelf open bar and all-inclusive food menu, a post-fight in-ring photo opportunity for the group and an exclusive stadium arrival experience, security and escort during the night.
- Luxury hotel accommodations and an opportunity to be on stage during the official weigh-in on July 19.
If $2 million is too steep a price but you’re still interested in the VIP experience, MVP is offering other packages, which feature floor seating, ringside hospitality and meet-and-greet appearances with boxing legends and celebrities.
Tickets for the fight officially go on sale Thursday, and MVP said 120,000 fans have signed up for presale access that will take place Tuesday.
Tyson (50-6, 44 KOs) and Paul (9-1, 6 KOs) will meet face to face Monday during a press conference at the Apollo Theater in New York and Thursday during a press conference in at Texas Live! in Arlington, Texas.
The public is welcome to attend free of charge.
The press conference also will be streamed on Netflix, which is broadcasting the fight.
